Emily Gray Junior High Orientation is just around the corner! Join us on Monday, July 20, from 8:00 AMβ2:00 PM to pick up schedules, check out Chromebooks, receive locker assignments, take school pictures, tour campus, and much more.
Please complete your Annual Records Verification & Affirmation and pay any student fees before attending Orientation.

Annual Back-to-School Registration for the 2026β2027 school year is now OPEN!
This registration is for RETURNING students only.
You should complete this registration if your student:
Is returning to Emily Gray Junior High for the 2026β2027 school year, or
Will be attending Emily Gray for the first time after promoting from Tanque Verde Elementary (TVES) or Agua Caliente Elementary (ACES).
Do NOT complete this registration if your student is new to the Tanque Verde Unified School District. New families will complete the new student enrollment process instead.
This annual registration allows you to verify and update your contact information. The process only takes a few minutes.
How to Complete Registration
Log in to your ParentVUE account:
ParentVue
Select Online Registration in the upper-right corner.
Choose Annual Back-to-School Registration (the first option).
Please do not select any other registration option.
Deadline: July 23, 2026

This must be completed by ALL CURRENTLY enrolled (rolling over) families. Those starting NEW in the 26-27 school year DO NOT need to complete this. Only RETURNING students. This is just to confirm all your information and change/add any information if needed.
You will find this by login into your ParentVUE account, selecting the Online Registration Button in the top-right corner, and then selecting the first option that says Annual Back to School Registration. Do not click any other options.

As we wrap up another incredible year at Emily Gray Junior High, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our families for your continued support, partnership, and encouragement. It has truly been a joy watching our students grow, learn, and thrive.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, will follow a Modified Wednesday schedule.
Today, 8th grade students cleaned out their lockers, and 7th grade students will clean out their lockers tomorrow. Since students will not have regular access to lockers, we encourage students to leave cell phones at home if possible.
Also, Thursday is the last day of school and will be an early dismissal day at 11:45 a.m.
Breakfast will be offered in the MPR from 7:50β8:10 a.m. on Thursday morning.

Thank you to all families who completed the Mobility Needs Form for the promotion ceremony. An email with additional details, including important information regarding accommodations and event logistics, will be sent to those families in the upcoming week.
We are excited to celebrate our students at the upcoming promotion ceremony! For families and loved ones who are unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be livestreamed so you may watch from home.
