Understanding Your Student's Schedule
Student schedules are now available in ParentVUE/StudentVUE. We made every effort to honor student course requests and create the best possible schedule. Due to scheduling constraints, some students may not have received all of their requested electives.
As you review your student's schedule, please keep the following in mind:
Every student has an 8th Period Academic Enrichment (WIN Time) class. WIN Time takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and provides opportunities for additional support, intervention, and enrichment.
Students should have the four core classesβMath, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studiesβalong with three elective courses.
If you notice an error, such as a missing core class, duplicate periods, or an incorrect grade-level course, please submit a Schedule Change Request. Requests will be reviewed, although changes may not be possible in every case.
Meeting Days
Monday, Thursday & Friday: Periods 1β7
Tuesday: Periods 2, 4, 6, 7 & 8 (WIN Time)
Wednesday: Periods 1, 3, 5 & 8 (WIN Time)
Lunch Periods
Lunch is determined by your student's 4th period teacher and is not listed on the schedule. Teachers will review lunch procedures on the first day of school.

π We've attached an updated Orientation Map and Checklist to help guide your visit, highlight parking locations, and ensure you don't miss any of the important stations and activities available throughout campus. Parking is available in both the front and back parking lots. If the front lot is full, we encourage you to use the back parking lot for easy access to campus.

EGJH If there is an error on your student's schedule or you would like to request a change, please submit this form EGJH Schedule Change Request and someone from the Emily Gray office will be in touch.
This form can be found in this app under the more section and scroll down to the bottom.
Requests must be submitted by a parent or guardian. No changes will be made after the first two weeks of the semester.
Schedule changes will only be granted for the following reasons:
Scheduling Error (i.e. two Language Arts classes, missing a period, etc.)
Medical Reason
Teacher Recommendation
Special Education Placement
Add or Remove Honors Course

Annual Back-to-School Registration for the 2026β2027 school year is now OPEN!
This registration is for RETURNING students only.
You should complete this registration if your student:
Is returning to Emily Gray Junior High for the 2026β2027 school year, or
Will be attending Emily Gray for the first time after promoting from Tanque Verde Elementary (TVES) or Agua Caliente Elementary (ACES).
Do NOT complete this registration if your student is new to the Tanque Verde Unified School District. New families will complete the new student enrollment process instead.
This annual registration allows you to verify and update your contact information. The process only takes a few minutes.
How to Complete Registration
Log in to your ParentVUE account:
ParentVue
Select Online Registration in the upper-right corner.
Choose Annual Back-to-School Registration (the first option).
Please do not select any other registration option.
Deadline: July 23, 2026

This must be completed by ALL CURRENTLY enrolled (rolling over) families. Those starting NEW in the 26-27 school year DO NOT need to complete this. Only RETURNING students. This is just to confirm all your information and change/add any information if needed.
You will find this by login into your ParentVUE account, selecting the Online Registration Button in the top-right corner, and then selecting the first option that says Annual Back to School Registration. Do not click any other options.
Please reach out to (520) 749-3838 if you need assistance. This needs to be done no later than July 23, 2026.

Good afternoon Emily Gray families,
Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, will follow a Modified Wednesday schedule.
Today, 8th grade students cleaned out their lockers, and 7th grade students will clean out their lockers tomorrow. Since students will not have regular access to lockers, we encourage students to leave cell phones at home if possible.
Also, Thursday is the last day of school and will be an early dismissal day at 11:45 a.m.
Breakfast will be offered in the MPR from 7:50β8:10 a.m. on Thursday morning.
Thank you for your support as we finish out a great school year!
